Vertical sides and curves were found up to 100% fouled with moderate density sea grass and 25% with light density barnacles and were cleaned with the usage of brush kart system.
Flat bottom was found 90-100% fouled with marine growth and 100% with light density barnacles and was cleaned using brush kart system.
Four bladed fixed propeller was found 80% fouled seagrass/slime & 100% fouled with salt and was polished with the usage of propeller polishing system with 3M diamond disc pads.
Rope-guard was found in position.
Tail-shaft was found without any leakage of oil and free from any entanglements.
Sea chest gratings were found up to 70-80% fouled with barnacles and were cleaned. All grids were in position including bolts and nuts with securing arrangement.
Rudder was found lightly fouled with sea grass & barnacles and was cleaned using mono brush system. Weld joints were intact and rudder plug was in position.
Cathodic protection: Vessel is using ICCP.
