ENTANGLEMENTS REMOVAL REPORT

Type of Propeller: Four Bladed Variable Pitch Propeller

Propeller condition: General condition of the propeller was found: Found in normal operating condition, with no visible damage.

Rope-guard: During underwater inspection, a mooring rope was found entangled around the vessel’s tail-shaft and propeller.

The diving team carried out a thorough inspection of the affected area and, using appropriate cutting equipment, safely removed all rope entanglements.

Following completion of the removal works, a detailed inspection was conducted with the following findings:

Rope-guard damages: Found with slight deformation. No contact/touch was observed with the propeller.

Stern tube area: No damage or irregularities detected.

Tail-shaft: No remaining entanglements and no signs of leakage observed.

The underwater area was confirmed clear of obstructions / entanglements upon completion of the operation.
