UNDERWATER HULL CLEANING REPORT

Vertical Sides & Curves: Both sides were found with heavy sea grass (90% area) and light barnacles (20% area), with thicknesses reaching up to 15mm. The area was cleaned using a brush kart system with 2 pieces of brushes.

Flat Bottom: The whole flat bottom was found with moderate marine growth covering 30-40% of the area, with thicknesses up to 3mm. The area was cleaned using a brush kart system with 2 pieces of brushes.

Propeller: The propeller blades and boss cone were found with heavy sea grass and slime (50% area, up to 3mm thick) and a full layer of salt (100% area, up to 1mm thick). Fouling was removed using a hydraulic mono brush system, and the propeller was polished using 3M diamond disk pads.

Rope Guard: Found in good condition.

Tail Shaft: Found free from oil leakage and without any entanglements.

Sea Chest Gratings: Sea chest gratings were found with marine growth covering 10-20% of the area, with thicknesses up to 3mm. All grids were in position, including bolts and nuts with securing arrangements, with no damages or missing bolts observed, and were cleaned.

Rudder: The rudder was found with moderate slime and sea grass covering 30% of the area, with a thickness of up to 5mm. The rudder was cleaned using a hydraulic mono brush system.
