Meeting with all participants; technician, vessel’s officers and diving supervisor. Action plan have been decided. Preparation of the operation took place; instrument’s compartment had been sealed from the interior area. Diving team removed the echo sounder. Sounding pipe was used to pass the rope which was connected to the device. Divers delivered the rope to the surface which was connected to the new device’s cable. Divers passed all the new cable through the hole and installed and secured the new echo sounder.
