Vertical Sides & Curves: fouled with barnacles and seagrass; sides 100% fouled up to 1.5cm thickness and curves 20% fouled up to 0.3cm thickness which were cleaned with hydraulic brush kart system. Flat bottom 100% fouled with barnacles up to 1.5cm thick and were cleaned with hydraulic brush kart system. Hull Paint – Coating was found in satisfactory condition. Bilge Keels without abnormalities; weld joints found in good condition. Four Bladed Fixed Propeller: Minor deformation & missing pieces were observed on three propeller blades no cracks were observed. Blades found 30% fouled with barnacles up to 0.5cm thick and boss cone 100% fouled with seagrass and salt up to 0.2cm thick; propeller and propeller’s boss cone were cleaned and polished with 3M diamond disc pads. Tail-Shaft /Rope-Guard:  without any entanglements or leakage of oil was observed on the tail-shaft. Tail-shaft wear-down measurements were taken. Sea Chest Gratings (9PCS) 10-20% fouled with barnacles up to 0.5cm which were cleaned. All grids were in position including bolts and nuts with securing arrangement. Rudder was found 10% fouled with barnacles up to 0.5cm thick and was cleaned; no abnormalities were observed. Rudder pintle clearance measurements were taken. Anodes; vessel is using ICCP.
