Flat bottom, vertical sides and curves were found heavily fouled with barnacles and sea grass. Propeller was also found 100% fouled with barnacles. Great mass of fishing-nets were found entangled on the tail-shaft, which were cut off and removed.

CASE STUDY DESCRIPTION
Underwater hull (uw) cleaning of whole submerged hull and appurtenances, underwater propeller polishing, removal of fishing-nets from tail-shaft, photos before and after operations.
The underwater cleaning of flat bottom, vertical sides and curves was carried out by hydraulic brush kart system.
The propeller polishing was carried out by 3M diamond disc pads.

ΟΙ ΠΡΟΚΛΗΣΕΙΣ
Οι πλευρές και η επίπεδη βάση βρέθηκαν βαριά λερωμένα με στρειδώνα και πρασινάδα.
Η προπέλα επίσης βρέθηκε 100% λερωμένη με στρειδώνα.
Μεγάλη μάζα διχτυών βρέθηκε να έχει εμπλακεί στον άξονα της προπέλας, η οποία αποκόπηκε και αφαιρέθηκε.

Υποβρύχιος καθαρισμός υφάλων, υποβρύχιο γυάλισμα έλικα, αφαίρεση διχτυών από τον άξονα της προπέλας, φωτογραφίες πριν και μετά τις εργασίες.
Ο υποβρύχιος καθαρισμός των υφάλων πραγματοποιήθηκε με το υδραυλικό σύστημα βουρτσών.
Το υποβρύχιο γυάλισμα έλικας ολοκληρώθηκε με τη χρήση των ειδικών δίσκων διαμαντιού.
