- Absence of Illegal Substances: A comprehensive and meticulous underwater inspection was performed across all areas of the vessel’s hull and its various appendages. Crucially, no illegal substances or suspicious objects were detected on any part of the hull. This includes all vertical sides, curved sections, aft curves, the bulbous bow, the top and bottom surfaces of the bilge keels, the propeller, rope-guard, tail-shaft, all sea chests (including their interior areas), the rudder, and the bow thruster (including its interior area). - General Condition: The vessel’s hull paint coating was generally found to be in good condition across its vertical sides, bulbous bow, aft curves, and flat bottom. Minor observations included scratches on the fore peak likely from the anchor chain.
