Four Bladed Fixed Propeller: On the tips of all the propeller blades, deformations were observed with length approx. 130cm to 140cm. On propeller blade No .4, two cracks were observed; the first one with length approx. 5cm and depth 2cm and the second one with length approx. 3cm and depth approx. 2cm. Two cement covers were missing on the boss cone. Repairs: The 2 cracks which were observed on propeller blade No 4 were grinded and repaired in order to prevent expansion of the cracks. Deformations which were observed on all the propeller blades were grinded in order to smooth them out.
