UNDERWATER INSPECTION REPORT

Bulbous Bow: indentations were observed which were found painted over and have been reported since last dry docking; scratches caused by the anchor chain were observed; no other major abnormalities were observed.

Hull Paint-Coating: except for some minor peeling approx. 5% the rest was found in satisfactory condition, without scratches, bubbles or blistering. Sea Chests Gratings: all grids were in position including bolts and nuts with securing arrangement.

Flat Bottom, Vertical Sides & Curves: shell plating, welded seams and butts without deformations or signs of pitting were observed. 2 Four Bladed Pitch Propellers: Port Propeller: with previous repairs of the first propeller blade; no missing pieces, deformations, pitting, cavitation, cracks or chipping were observed. Stbd Propeller: no missing pieces, deformations, pitting, cavitation, cracks or chipping were observed. 2 four bladed pitch Bow Thrust Propellers were found in good condition; no missing pieces, deformations, cracks, or chipping observed.

Four bladed Stern Thrust Propeller was found in good condition; no missing pieces, deformations, cracks, or chipping observed. Bilge Keels (SPLIT TYPE 3 PARTS EACH SIDE): Found in good condition; no damage was observed on the weld joints. 2 Stabilizers: both stabilizers were found closed; no abnormalities observed. 2 Tail-shafts – Rope-guards: no fishnets or leakage of oil was observed on the tail shafts; rope-guards and rope cutters were found in position. 2 Rudders – Port rudder; No visible damages such as indents, missing components or irregularities were observed. Rudder plug were found in position; one anode was found missing. Stbd rudder:

No visible damages such as indents, missing components or irregularities were observed; Rudder plug was found in position; One anode was found missing as well as one bolt from the rudder window. Cathodic Protection:  vessel is using ICCP which were found in working condition; Anodes found approx. 20% depleted. Instruments: no abnormalities observed.  Overboard discharges: no abnormalities observed.
