One of the biggest problems facing the world shipping is fouled ships hulls. 1746 different species of marine organisms have been counted up, which are attached to submerged surfaces. The hydraulic hull cleaning machine comprises of 3 rotating units of brushes that retract fully from the hull with a clearance to prevent damage on the paint work coating while removing unwanted fouling efficiently.

Non-Destructive Testing Equipment A digital echo technology non-destructive measuring device which is able to determine the accurate thickness of a metal surface; usually requested by owners or/and IACS.

Requested by ship owners and charterers as a fast and inexpensive way to know the condition or quality of work done on their vessels such as: cleaning, propeller polishing, anodes replacement, damage repair etc….

Underwater search metal detector system Extremely sensitive detector for ferrous (iron/steel) metal targets; it displays and stores mag readouts and position coordinates. Used for seek and salvage mostly for anchors, anchor cables, ship-wrecks, sunken aircraft etc….

Due to its small size it is light weight and easily transferred. Used for areas that are inaccessible to the Brush Kart system such as the propeller and/or on small tonnage vessels. It has two way rotation and allows thorough cleaning of 200 to 300 sq.m/hour.

The first cleaning method used from ancient times and still used in various parts of the world. They are highly used only for cleaning of sea-chests-gratings. Scrapers will be part of the history since in modern times water jets are used.

Temporary waterproofing, used for emergency leaks, overboard valves (for interior works) or to stop inward flow of water. They come in various shapes and sizes and therefore can be forced into any size hole; furthermore, perimeter is filled in with underwater plastic steel in order to close possible pores.

Cofferdams come in various shapes and sizes; cofferdams are used on occasion in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry, when it is not practical to put a ship in dry-dock for repair or alteration. Temporary waterproofing with cofferdams allows the enclosed area to be pumped out, creating a dry work environment for the major work to proceed.

Detects objects under the surface of the water by efficiently creating an image or 3D image depending of the model, of large areas of the sea floor. Used to detect lost anchors, anchor cables, shipwrecks , sunken aircraft etc…

Video inspection is carried out either for IACS purposes, checking for damages, or for overall examination of ship’s underwater condition. Two-way communication system, between surface & diver is used along with surface monitor (real-time monitoring).

Underwater welding is the ideal solution for restoring either temporary or permanent repairing of damages such as ruptures, cracks, etc., because it provides speediness with low repair costs.

Propeller surfaces are roughened due to age, fouling, and electrolytic action. Polishing is carried out to smooth out the roughness. For a smoothest finish diamond disc pads are used which are fitted on to a hydraulic machine. If blades are Rubert Scale B they can be restored to Rubert Scale A e.g., Rubert Scale C can be restored to Rubert Scale B and so on…

Underwater Cutting System provides fast, efficient and cost effective means of underwater cutting, piercing and gouging used with underwater ultra-thermic cutting rods reaching high temperatures in order to quickly cut or melt through almost anything: cast iron, stainless steel, brass, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and concrete.
